Tanning Tip NO. 19 How to Remove Tanner From Your Pores

Hey babes, Tati here!

We all love a gorgeous spray tan, but we don’t totally love it when it clogs our pores. Isn’t that just the most annoying part of spray tanning, when you notice unfavorable black dots in your pores. We believe that the beauty of self tanning should not be tainted by unattractive leftover residues!

The key to keeping your spray tan looking fabulous from day 1 to day 10, is by using Norvell’s product line. Heres the breakdown:

Step 1: Your first step is to prep your skin. I recommend doing this three days prior to your (airbrush) session, which means you need to exfoliate your skin about 2-3 days in a row. The reason you want exfoliate back to back is because your skin renews itself every single day and we want to ensure that you’re getting rid of any dead skin cells. Once you’ve done this, your skin is ready for an airbrush treatment.

Step 2: Post spray session maintenance is very important. Use the renowned Norvell daily body cleanser post treatment to avoid pore clogging. Use a mesh loofah lather up body cleanser and do what I call a ‘fluff n cleanse’ just a mild firm circular motion to cleanse your body in the shower. This ensures that you are blending the top layer of your skin to keep your tan looking fresh everyday.

Step 3: After cleansing, I cannot stress enough, you MUST moisturizing. Use the Norvell body butter to moisturize and rejuvenate your skin.

When you follow these 3 steps, we guarantee you’ll see results! Come back, leave us a comment, and let us know how amazing your spray tan looks every time!
