Tanning Tip NO. 21 Sweating with Your Spray Tan

Im sure you all have wondered what kind of damage sweating will do to your spray tan.

If you workout like crazy and sweat all the time or take a spin class, don’t fear! Your tan will not fade. When you see little drips of tan on your towel after a hot yoga class or tan smudge on your towel after a kick ass workout, don’t fear that your tan is coming off. However, what’s suppose to come off will come off.

Now, granted, in order to make it last long, you simply have to use the tan extender products to keep your DHA active.

At that time you finish your workout go home shower. Don NOT exfoliate. Simply apply the tan extender after your shower on fresh, clean skin to prolong your tan and replenish your color in between sessions.

We never want your tan to compromise your exercise. Rather we want your tan to enhance your experience. (After all, having a beautiful glow is a huge confidence booster!) This is why it’s so important to use the maintenance products and incorporate self tanning in your daily skin care regimen.
